NOTE: We offer Week 42 as a bonus for campers that have been in one of the weeks in this year. People who have attended a week in previous years are welcome too if they pay the active membership fee.

Tent or caravan - one slot is 8x5 meter. Please note that it not possible to reserve a specific slot, and that there is a limited number of slots.
You can have a slot with power (200W 220-240V) or without power.

It is really important that everyone arrives at the time stated in the booking. All weeks start at 12.00 on arrival day, but please arrive no later than 17.00.

If you have to arrive later than 17.00, please contact us so we know you are ok. It will however never be allowed for anybody to arrive 24 hours after the SISC event starts.

All payments must be made through our bank, or PayPal in Danish Krones (DKK). Please instruct your bank that all fees should be paid for you, including receiver's (SISC) fee.

Payment details will be sent to you after your booking have been confirmed and approved.

If you pay with cheques or cash in a letter, you will get an extra bill for all the banking fees we had to pay for cashing or exchanging it.

Please mark the payment in the bank with name and week: Peter Wa., W32 -   that makes it much easier to check.

Confirmation
When we receive your payment, the filekeeper sends you a confirmation of your booking, usually within two weeks. If you Should you not receive this, we kindly ask you to call or mail us. It is also a good help to email us the receipt from the bank.

Travel insurance
Do not forget to take out a travel insurance, as SISC does not assume any liabilities for illness, accident, damage or theft during your stay.

Cancellation
If you must cancel, please notice the following. We refund as follows:

a. up to 8 weeks: 75% of payment minus passive membership
b. between 8 and 4 weeks before start of your camp: 50% refund minus passive membership.
c. up to 4 weeks before the start of your camp: 0% refund. 

Please note that you should have paid the full amount 8 weeks before your week starts, otherwise we will cancel your reservation.

Cutting date is post stamp date or day we receive email.

 

When you have decided which weeks you want to join, make use of the booking form on this website.

The form is valid for one person only.

Be sure to fill out the form carefully, including all relevant information, please refer to the tooltips at the "i" icons. You will receive a statement from the filekeeper by email, containing the price of your order and further instructions.

Your booking will only be valid once SISC received at least 50% of the total amount of your order. The rest amount must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your first event/camp start date.

If the booking is made 8 weeks or closer to the event/camp start date, the whole amount must be paid on booking.

Note that the camp language is always English.

Booking for everybody will be available from February 2012.
